Last week we were hired by the home owner of this stunning home to help his family both prepare and showcase his home for sale. We recommended improving the curb appeal by adding gardens in the front as well as new sod and a crisp black front door. Inside, we recommended neutralizing paint colors in key rooms and then as the family had already moved out, we recommended staging the key decision making areas in this gorgeous Doon home.
In the kitchen, we recommended a backsplash to add both value and a great upgrade which buyers would appreciate. Additionally, we suggested that the light fixtures in the kitchen and dining room be changed out. All these changes were done in less than a week and the home i now offered for sale by the Cindy Cody Team at ReMax Twin City Realty Brokerage.
After all the work was done, we brought in gorgeous furnishings, artwork and decor to furnish this lovely home.
