Beautifully Restored Guelph Home: Staged & SOLD!

In early March we were contacted and asked to preview a beautiful older home in Guelph which had been renovated and restored by the owners. After touring the home, we fell in love with the hardwood floors, deep mouldings, beautiful light fixtures and all the stunning details which made this property stand out.

We opted to go for a transitional style of staging (blend of traditional and modern styles) so that we could both pay homage to the age and style of the home as well as cater to the young, design savvy buyers. The results were stunning!

After staging, the home was listed for sale and the realtor told us they had record numbers of visitors through the home. The online photos were so beautiful that people came in crowds and the home sold in just over a week which is phenomenal when it comes to selling vacant homes. Typically, vacant properties which aren’t staged linger on the market for 7 months longer than unstaged vacant homes.

If you are renovating your property to sell or you are a builder, contact us so we can help you add the final polish and WOW to your property. We specialize in staging vacant and model homes and create spaces which buyers just can’t help but fall in love with.
