In early December, Rooms in Bloom was contacted by the Westmount Grand about the opportunity to showcase two of their beautiful model condos. We were excited about this project because we had seen their sales center with the gorgeous 3D renderings and looked at the spacious floorplans which offered buyers all the space and luxurious upgrades they could hope for when purchasing a condominium in Waterloo.
We created two distinctly different design concepts for the two models so that we could appeal to a wide demographic. In the smaller condo, our color palette incorporated bright greens, warm yellows and rich brown tones which made this condo absolutely stunning. We pulled this color palette throughout the space, right into the bedroom which in turn made the whole unit feel cohesive and visually connected. Here are a few pictures of this unit:

Beautiful Master Suite
In the larger unit which features two bedrooms, a formal dining space and floor to ceiling windows, we opted for rich chocolate brown and silvery blue color palette. The only place where we deviated from that was in the Master Suite where we used dramatic black, silver and cream to create an elegant space anyone would love to have for their own.

This niche could easily function as an office area but we showcased it as a cozy reading/relaxing space.
The response to these models has been overwhelming and appreciative. Since staging these units we have staged two additional models as the showcasing enticed buyers to purchase the models.
